1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. kgw88 strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all transactions voided, and any remaining balance returned to the depositing payment method where technically and legally feasible.

2.2 Residency

The Platform is designed and operated to serve players residing in Indonesia, including but not limited to residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, Makassar, Bali, Yogyakarta, and other Indonesian cities. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local laws or regulations.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account only. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP Nasional), a valid email address, a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia, and a date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify kgw88 promptly of any changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. kgw88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. kgw88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

kgw88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the information provided at registration was false or misleading; (b) the Account has been used in breach of these Terms; (c) fraudulent or collusive activity is suspected; or (d) compliance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements necessitates such action.

4 KYC Verification

kgw88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. Completion of KYC verification is a prerequisite to processing any withdrawal request and may be required at account opening or at any point during the Account lifecycle at kgw88's sole discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) showing all four corners, your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months) confirming your residential address. Where your KTP Nasional reflects your current address, this document may serve dual purpose.
• Selfie Verification: A live photograph of you holding your KTP Nasional adjacent to your face, confirming that the identity document belongs to the Account holder.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where withdrawal amounts or cumulative transaction history triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds, kgw88 may request a photograph of the bank card, bank book, or e-wallet account used for deposits and withdrawals.

4.2 Verification Timeline

kgw88 endeavors to complete standard KYC reviews within 1 to 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases requiring enhanced due diligence may take longer. During the review period, withdrawal requests related to the Account under review may be placed on hold. kgw88 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing resulting from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

kgw88 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100.000.000. kgw88 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bank transfer during standard Indonesian banking hours (approximately 06:00–21:00 WIB, Monday–Saturday) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours, including during national holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other public holidays, may be subject to processing delays of up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed on a 24/7 basis.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund the Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously registered to the Account are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. kgw88 processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes to 24 hours of approval, depending on the payment method and the time of day the request is submitted.

5.4 Prohibited Transactions

kgw88 prohibits the use of the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gambling entertainment. Depositing funds without genuine gambling intent, using third-party payment methods, or structuring transactions to circumvent reporting thresholds are all prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by kgw88 are subject to these General Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence over these General Terms for that specific promotion only.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 1.500.000. The welcome bonus is available once per Account. A minimum deposit of Rp 50.000 is required to activate the bonus. The bonus is subject to a 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of issue. Failure to complete wagering within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined deposit and bonus amount). Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) on sports markets, or standard buy-in amounts on eligible casino games, contribute to wagering requirement completion. Free bets, voided bets, cashed-out bets, and bets placed on excluded markets do not contribute. kgw88 reserves the right to determine which games or markets are eligible for wagering requirement contribution at its sole discretion.

6.4 Abuse and Misuse

kgw88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel pending bonus credits, and void any winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has abused or attempted to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedged or low-risk wagers designed to exploit bonus terms, or participating in bonus abuse syndicates.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets are final once confirmed. kgw88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where the Platform's cash-out feature is available and the User elects to exercise it prior to the relevant event concluding. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify bet details — including selection, stake, odds, and market type — before confirming.

7.2 Odds and Markets

kgw88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any odds or market at any time before an event commences. In-play (live) markets are subject to continuous odds adjustment based on match developments. The Platform covers a full range of bet types including 1X2, Asian Handicap (voor bola — the common Indonesian term for spread betting on football), Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, Correct Score, First Goal Scorer, Outright, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets.

7.3 Void Bets and Refunds

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the minimum required period; the event result is overturned by the relevant governing body; the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; or the relevant market rules specify circumstances under which the bet is void. Voided bets are refunded to the User's Account balance at the staked amount.

7.4 Maximum Payout

kgw88 applies maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per time period. These limits vary by sport, league, and market type. kgw88 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any Account at any time and without explanation, particularly where large or unusual bet patterns are detected.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kgw88 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or pricing errors ("bugs") in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or place of residence during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity without their explicit consent.
• Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the Platform's security, technical infrastructure, or data integrity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kgw88 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game assets, audio-visual content, and page layouts — is the property of kgw88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without kgw88's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

kgw88 endeavors to maintain a 99.5% Platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or reasons beyond kgw88's reasonable control. kgw88 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

10.2 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kgw88's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

kgw88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if kgw88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Privacy & Data

kgw88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kgw88 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions and implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

12 Responsible Gaming

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kgw88 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause limits kgw88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of law.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
